Ada
AGE: 2 Years
SEX: Female
BREED: Husky MixMeet Ada🐾, a resilient and loving companion whose story may be marked by challenges, but is defined by her courageous heart. With a willingness to please and a deep desire for love, she's a blank canvas waiting for basic training to unlock her full potential. Having outgrown her puppy phase at two years old, Ada has proven herself to be a quiet sleeper, free from destructive tendencies and accidents. As a Husky mix, Ada has a strong prey drive, but her calm demeanor around people, dogs, bikes—and even cats—makes her an excellent hiking companion. With training, she'll thrive off-leash, and her love for car rides and adventure will take her far. Ada🐾 would do great as an additional dog in your home or as the number one pup in your world!

Axel
AGE: 2 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Husky Mix🐾 Meet Axel — Your Couch-Loving, Gentle Giant with Husky Looks and a Heart of Gold 💙
Axel is the kind of dog who turns heads with his ice-blue eyes and snowshoe paws, then wins hearts with his calm, cuddly soul. He’s got all the beauty of a husky — without the chaos. No zoomies, no shredded furniture, no dramatic howls. Just quiet companionship, soft nudges, and a love for sun-drenched naps.
He greets you like a gentleman: slow, polite, and full of quiet affection. Once he trusts you, he’s all in — cuddling close, chatting softly in the mornings, and gently reminding you that love starts with a hug.
Axel is fully house-trained, uses a dog door like a pro, and walks politely on leash. He’s crate-trained but prefers the door open, treating it as a cozy retreat. Indoors, he’s relaxed and well-mannered, with a few tricks up his sleeve and a knack for winning foster hearts.
He’s fostered alongside other dogs and does beautifully with slow introductions. While he can be leash-reactive when meeting new dogs — a remnant of past experiences — that melts away off leash, where he becomes a soft, playful buddy.
🛁 Spa days? Absolutely. Axel leans into pampering with peaceful ease.
🚗 Car rides? His favorite kind of adventure.
☀️ Sunbathing? A daily ritual, even when his black fur is practically sizzling.
Axel’s not into toys or most treats — he’s got refined taste and prefers quality over quantity. He’s tidy, gentle, and prefers calm cuddles to wild play. He’s lived with a world-class toy destroyer and simply doesn’t see the point.
Despite his husky appearance, Axel breaks every stereotype. He’s not stubborn or aloof — he comes when called, loves to please, and greets new people with quiet joy. He’s not vocal unless the mood strikes, and even then, it’s a soft, beautiful song. And while he can jump or crawl under fences, it’s not mischief — it’s wanderlust. He’d rather be on an adventure with his humans, especially if it ends in a car ride or a trip to the carwash.
⚠️ Axel thrives in a calm, big-dog environment and is best in a home without small animals, cats, or small dogs (under 25 lbs).
💙 Bonus Feature: Axel doubles as a sweet, persistent alarm clock. As soon as the lights flick on, he’s by your side with a nuzzle and a soft cuddle.
🌳 If you’ve got a yard (with a 6-foot fence), a quiet home, and room in your heart for a dog who’s already halfway into dreamland, Axel might be your perfect match.

Echo
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Female
BREED: Catahoula Leopard Dog MixMeet Echo, a gentle soul who radiates a quiet charm. She delights in leisurely strolls on a leash, relishing the sights and sounds of the world around her. The company of another dog brings her joy, and she thrives in the presence of familiar faces that offer her reassurance.

Gibson
AGE: 3 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Lab MixMeet Gibson – A Gentle, Goofy Hugger Looking for His Forever Home!
🏡 Ideal Home: Calm, loving, with older kids (if any) and mellow dogs. Gibson is a 3-year-old Lab/Dane mix with a heart as big as his paws, and he uses both to show you how much he loves you. He’s a big hugger, known for leaning his full weight into you for affection, and if he thinks he’s in trouble? He’ll gently slide his head between your legs to apologise. It's his way of saying, “I’m sorry, I love you.” Don’t let his size fool you, Gibson truly believes he’s a lap dog and will happily climb into your lap for cuddles. When he’s in play mode, he’ll bat at you like a boxer and break into zoomies that’ll make you laugh every time. Gibson loves long walks, cool weather, and lounging outside. He’s both crate trained and trustworthy when left out, as long as he has a cosy spot to curl up. He was previously returned after being overstimulated by young children who didn’t understand his need for personal space. Gibson thrives in a calm environment with older, respectful children (if any) and low-energy dog companions. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, soulful dog who’ll give you hugs, laughs, and loyalty in equal measure, Gibson is your guy.

Gidget
AGE: 4 Months
SEX: Female
BREED: Pittbull MixThis 4-month-old bully mix is giving us all the “Chance” vibes from Homeward Bound — full of personality and guaranteed to steal your heart.
A little shy at first, Gidget quickly warms up and shows her loving, playful side. She’s already mastered the doggie door, loves to hand out kisses, and can often be found wrestling with her brother or proudly stealing toys for herself.
With her mix of sweetness and spunk, Gidget is ready to find a family who will love her as much as she’ll love them. One look into her eyes, and you’ll know she’s the one.
-
Gino AKA Gio
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Male
BREED: Mixed Breed
Gio is a big, beautiful pup with a goofy streak, a heart of gold, and a protective side that just needs a little guidance. He’s smart, loving, and hilarious once he trusts you, but he needs time and patience when meeting new people, especially men.Once you’ve earned his trust (and it’s not hard with treats!), Gio will be your ride-or-die. He loves cuddles, hanging out nearby, and being part of whatever you’re doing—even if it’s just watching TV or watering the garden (spoiler: the hose will become his new toy). He plays well with other dogs, avoids conflict, and is surprisingly cat-like—think stealthy countersurfing and silent squirrel observation.
🦴 Gio’s Favorites:
• Tossing his toys and entertaining himself (he lives for balls)
• Chewing on retriever rolls to self-soothe
• Running through the water hose like it’s a personal theme park
• Lounging with his people after a day of play
• Quietly watching backyard wildlife like a nature doc narrator
He’s a strong pup with some puppy habits still in progress—he’s learning leash manners, working on jumping boundaries (literally—he can scale a 4–5ft fence!), and is still navigating how to meet new people. Gio thrives with structure, clear boundaries, and a confident handler who can continue helping him build trust and security.
While Gio is dog- and kid-friendly, he would do best in a home that understands fear-based reactivity and can help him feel safe meeting visitors. He’s muzzle trained (and actually finds comfort in it), and truly just wants to protect the people he loves.
With the right match, Gio will be an incredible, devoted companion. He’s not just a big dog—he’s got a big heart to match, and he's ready to give it to someone special 💛
-
Grays aka Gary
AGE: 11 Months
SEX: Male
BREED: Australian Cattle Dog MixGary is a sweet and loyal companion! He is crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and Is knowledgeable in basic commands. His eagerness to please and desire to be close to you make him such a wonderful friend. Gary has shown no aggression and plays so well with other dogs. His compatibility with cats is uncertain. While Gary occasionally barks at new people, he is an absolute sweetheart who LOVES to cuddle! He also is so well behaved in public places. An ideal home for Gary would provide a spacious environment, an active lifestyle, lots of toys, patient guidance, LOTS of snuggles, and a doggy companion to engage in playful activities!
This boy is an angel & deserves to know what a forever family feels like!
-
Gus
AGE: 4 Months
SEX: Male
BREED: Pittbull Mix
Meet Gus!This 4-month-old bully mix is a playful little guy who looks like a cousin of the Target dog! Gus is full of puppy energy, loves toys and tug-of-war, and soaks up all the attention he can get.
He’s a smart pup — already using the doggie door, working on potty training, and sleeping 5–6 hours in his crate at night. Food motivated and eager to learn, Gus is a quick study and ready to keep growing with his forever family.
Could this happy, snuggly pup be your new best friend?
-
Idgie
AGE: 7 Months
SEX: Female
BREED: Husky/Pitbull MixMeet Idgie! This six-month-old Husky-Pitbull mix is searching for her true forever family after being returned through no fault of her own. A playful, vocal, and strong-willed pup, Idgie brings a fun mix of sass and sweetness to the table. She’s still mastering potty training and does well in her kennel—though she may share a bit of her signature "Husky talk" when she feels like chiming in. Idgie enjoys the company of other dogs, especially those who are submissive and don’t mind her pushy play style. She’s still learning how to take correction well, but overall does great with the right doggy friends. She finds cats a little too exciting, so a feline-free home is best. And while she’s full of love, Idgie’s current “wrecking ball” energy means she'd do best in a home with older kids who can keep up with her enthusiasm.
Idgie can be incredibly sweet and cuddly, but she thrives with structure and firm boundaries. If you're looking for a spirited, loving pup who just needs a little guidance, Idgie could be the perfect addition to your family!

Jedidiah
DOG OF THE MONTH!
AGE: 2 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Pitbull/Lab MixThis handsome guy is Jedidiah, Jed, Jeddy, and handsome bo-bandsome (as his foster mom calls him.) Jed is a VERY sweet and intelligent guy who is almost 2 years old. Despite his age on paper, this guy is VERY much a puppy trapped inside a big kid body. He is re-learning what it is like to be in a house, and with other dogs after being in the shelter for many months. He does great with going potty outside and is completely crate trained. However, we are still working on jumping, not using shoes and other household items as chew toys, as well as basic home manners. This guy is SO receptive to corrections and redirections and will be very easy to train into your routine.
Because this big guy thinks he is a puppy, we recommend a home with bigger kiddos only who are used to having bigger dogs until he can curb his jumping even more. BUT he LOVES everyone he meets and is just a bundle of love. Jed would do well with a submissive female dog who is ready to keep up with his playful energy. He has a lot of love and fun to give, so a dog who enjoys playtime and doesn’t mind being the "leader" would be ideal. He loves the cat, but again does not realize his size, so he may be a little intimidating for cats (unless you have one ready to hand out a correction).
All in all, Jedidiah is a true good boy through and through. He just needs a family ready to give him a little bit of consistency and TLC, and we promise he will give you a lifetime of love back!

Kalena
AGE: 2 Years
SEX: Female
BREED: Pitbull MixMeet Kalena: A Survivor with a Heart Full of Love
Kalena, affectionately known as Kiki or Ki-Kola-Sue by her devoted foster family, is a survivor in every sense of the word. Her journey to safety is one of heartbreak and resilience, a testament to her unyielding spirit and desire for a better life. Found emaciated and broken after being thrown from the back of a pickup truck in La Junta, Colorado, alongside another dog, Kiki was brought to the local shelter where her future seemed heartbreakingly uncertain. With death looming, Karl's Canine Krew stepped in just in time to save her life, offering her the second chance she so desperately deserved.
While the other dog she was found with went on to another rescue, Kiki began her journey of healing and hope. Her paperwork may list her as just one year old, but her soulful eyes and mannerisms tell the story of a dog closer to 4-5 years old, one who has endured a lifetime of hardship in her short years. Evidence suggests Kiki was likely used as a breeding dog in a dogfighting ring, leaving her unfamiliar with the joys of simply being a dog.
In her loving foster home, Kiki is slowly learning what it means to be cared for and cherished. She’s working hard on recall, muzzle training, and building trust, proving every day just how resilient she truly is. Though she still has a way to go, Kiki is ready to take the next step on her journey and find a more permanent foster-to-adopt situation where she can continue to thrive and truly settle in.
Kiki is seeking a home as the only pet, though with continued training and care, she may eventually be able to live with another dog (a puppy would be the best match). Cats, however, are an absolute no-go for this girl. While Kiki adores children, her excitement and lack of understanding around boundaries make her better suited to a home without kids.
This sweet, loving pitbull mix has so much potential and just needs a patient, experienced adopter who can help her continue her rehabilitation and training. Kiki has already come so far from the emaciated dog who entered the shelter with little hope. She loves deeply, learns eagerly, and yearns for a family willing to show her what it truly means to be a dog.
Kiki's story is one of second chances and the power of love. If you have experience with her breed and the commitment to help her become her best self, Kiki could be the loyal, affectionate companion you’ve been searching for. With your help, Kiki can leave her heartbreaking past behind and embrace the bright, love-filled future she so deeply deserves. Will you be the hero in her story?

Khloe
AGE: 4 Years
SEX: Female
BREED: Lab MixHi everyone, this is Khloe
This sweet 4-year-old girl is full of love, personality, and playful energy! She walks well on a leash — occasionally pulling with excitement — but once gently redirected, she follows your lead like a pro. She’s fully house-trained, eats well, and absolutely lives for cuddle time. If you're looking for a snuggle buddy, she’s your girl!
She loves her toys, whether she's playing fetch or happily chewing away. At the park, she gets the zoomies (and the cutestruns you’ve ever seen!), and her recall is truly impressive. While she’s not super food-motivated, she thrives on affection and will happily soak up all the pets and love you can give.
She gets along great with the resident dog in her current home, though she can be a bit nervous around unfamiliar dogs on walks. With people, she’s a total sweetheart — friendly, affectionate, and gentle. There’s also a cat in the home, and she doesn’t really care for him — in the best way. She leaves him alone and doesn’t bother him at all.
She’s still learning boundaries, but responds well when given clear, consistent guidance. A simple “no” and she’s respectful and stays in her place. Despite her high energy and playful nature, she’s not destructive at home and channels her energy appropriately.
Khloe will thrive with someone who can continue to set boundaries, offer positive structure, and maintain an active lifestyle. She’d love a home where daily walks, playtime, and engagement are a regular part of life — and where cuddles are always on the schedule.
If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion with a playful spark and a heart full of cuddles, Khloe might just be your perfect match!

If you want a pup with personality plus a whole lot of love, Lamar’s your guy. Come meet this bold boy and see why he’s the boss of hearts everywhere!

Malakai
AGE: 4 Months
SEX: Male
BREED: Husky MixMeet Malakai!
Malakai is a handsome husky mix pup with a big personality to match his size—he’s the largest of his litter and full of that classic husky charm! Like any true husky, Malakai is vocal and loves to “talk” about everything, from mealtime to playtime.
He’s great with other dogs and, as a young pup, would likely do just fine with respectful children and cats. He’s currently in the typical puppy biting stage, so he’ll need patience, positive guidance, and plenty of appropriate chew toys.
Malakai is working on his kennel and house training and doing well with routine. One of his favorite activities? Splashing around in his water bowl—it’s his own personal puppy pool!
If you’re looking for a playful, expressive, and affectionate pup to grow with, Malakai could be the perfect new member of your pack.
-
Max
AGE: 3 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Pitbull MixMax is a total lovebug who’s ready to fill your home with cuddles and charm. This sweet boy is a quick learner—he’s already mastering the dog door and knows how to “sit” like a pro! He’s the ultimate snuggle companion and will happily curl up next to you for some quality downtime. Max has done great with cats so far, giving them a curious sniff and then going about his business. Stairs, on the other hand, are still a bit intimidating for him, but with some encouragement, he’ll conquer those in no time! Potty training? Almost there! He’s had a few marks but seems to have the basics down. Oh, and a fair warning—Max has legendary gas, but it’s just part of his charm (and easily overlooked when you see how lovable he is). If you’re looking for a winner who’s equal parts affectionate, intelligent, and hilarious, Max might just be your perfect match. Come meet this sweetheart and let him win you over!

Mocha
AGE: 2 Years
SEX: Female
BREED: Pitbull MixMeet Mocha! Mocha’s idea of a good time is snuggling and playing on the couch. This two year old Catahoula mix loves love. Mocha bonds quickly to her caretaker and other dogs. She is curious and a bit rambunctious though not aggressive with cats. One hiss and she backs off. Mocha is a beta girl with everyone but chickens. Around the hen coop the Catahoula hunting instinct in her goes into chase mode.
Mocha is a smart cookie. She already knows how to “sit,” “lie down,” “come” and “git that ball.” She likes to please. Though a sunny snuggle-hound with me, she is a bit shy with new people and we are working on gaining confidence. She does not bark. Mocha will stealthily sneak a kiss on the lips if you’re not on guard.
Mocha would make a great family dog, a dog among other dogs, a solo dog, or even a condo dog so long as she got a walk and play time to burn off the puppy energy. When not walking or playing she has a knack for chill-laxation. Belly rubs are her love language.
-
Money
Age: 5 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Mixed BreedMoney is a sweet, soulful pup with a heart full of love and a nose for snuggles. At 5 years old, this mixed breed sweetheart has already learned a lot about life — and he's ready to find the person who will show him that love is forever this time.
Money is incredibly affectionate and thrives on human connection. He’ll quickly become your loyal shadow, sticking close by your side as he builds trust and confidence. While he may be a little anxious at first, especially in new environments or meeting new people, once he feels safe, he blossoms into the snuggliest, most devoted companion you could ask for.
This good boy is housebroken, well-mannered, and very smart — he already knows sit, lay down, and stay! He walks nicely on leash with a bit of guidance and is a total rock star in the car (yes, he's a big fan of car rides!).
Money does have some separation anxiety and may bark when left alone, but he's not destructive — just a pup who’s been through a lot and is learning to feel secure again. He’s been making great progress in his foster home, and with patience, consistency, and love, he’ll continue to grow into the confident, happy dog he’s meant to be.
He’ll do best in a home where he’s not left alone too often and where he can continue to receive the love and reassurance he craves. Slow introductions with new people and children are ideal while he gets his bearings.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who just wants to love and be loved in return, Money is your guy. He may need a little time to open up, but once he does, he’ll fill your home — and your heart — with more love than you ever thought possible.
Adopt Money and show him what forever love really means.

Morgan
AGE: 6 Months
SEX: Female
BREED: Lab Mix
In her brief life, Morgan has been through the unspeakable; still, her resilient young heart is eager to be loved and shown kindness. In the few days that I've fostered her, this is what I have observed:Initially, she is timid and restless in new environments and with new people, but if you move slowly and give her space to come to you, she'll come around super quickly and soon never want to leave your side! (Her experience with men has been mixed and she may take longer to warm up to them.)
Morgan is an interesting combination of adult and puppy: she doesn't seem to like or want the crate, so I've honored that and she has responded beautifully by sleeping through the night (she likes under the bed), holding her bladder, and not chewing anything. Due to the combination of a lack of structure/training in her life and her big paws and lanky body, we are working on her body and personal space awareness. In other words, she needs to learn that other dogs and people probably do not like to be sat on or pounced on when at rest!
Morgan is gaining confidence with the scary flap of the doggie door, and I have no doubt she will figure it out very soon. She delights on walks and is responsive to redirections when pulling. At meal time, she is being taught to stay out of the kitchen while food is being prepared-- she is not compulsive with food; she just doesn't know any better.
Curious, mellow, and submissive, Morgan enjoys watching life go by out the window or on the front porch, always preferring to have you by her side. She loves her doggie friends and, I'd say, depends on them to feel more comfortable in her environment sooner, as well as to be taught basic manners and commands. As she is opening up in her current foster home, her playful exuberance is coming out, and it is wonderful to see.
Morgan has had a rough past but has all the potential in the world to be an amazing companion given how responsive she is to patience, a gentle touch, and a little education.

Motley
AGE: 4 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Lab MixMeet Motley (named after Motley Crue for his Rockstar eyeliner). Motley is a 75lb ball of love who thinks he's a lap dog! He loves to curl up right on top of anyone who will let him, and if you get up for a bathroom break, he's sure to follow and wait patiently right outside the door. When he's not snuggling you can find him outside chasing squirrels or tennis balls, or playing with friends. He is a tall boy so definitely needs a 6ft fence cuz he can jump a 4ft one with ease. He loves playing with other dogs of any size, as long as they aren't on a leash where they aren't accessible to him (he just wants to be friends with everyone so bad). He is crate trained, but really doesn't need to be in one as long as no one leaves any snacks on the counter He loves walks and is working on perfecting leash manners (so many things to stop and smell) and he is absolutely PERFECT in the car! Motley would be good in any home with another energetic playful dog buddy and cuddly humans!
-
Murray
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Male
BREED: Shepherd MixMeet Murray – Playful, Affectionate & Learning Every Day
Murray is a sweet and energetic pup who’s equal parts snuggler and explorer. He loves zooming through the yard, curling up next to his family for downtime, and bringing joy wherever he goes. He's been around children, dogs, and cats—but slow introductions are key as he prefers to greet new friends with a few confident barks before settling in.
Affectionately nicknamed Curious George, Murray is learning the ropes and gaining confidence with each new experience. He’s crate and potty trained, rides well in the car, and knows how to “sit” like a champ. Some things—like stairs or unfamiliar settings—still make him pause, but he’s working through them with patience and encouragement.
He thrives in a home with gentle leadership, steady structure, and positive reinforcement. If you’re the kind of person who sees progress as a journey and not a checklist, Murray might just be the perfect partner in paws.

Pickle
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Male
BREED: Pitbull MixMeet Pickle!
Hello there! I’m Pickle! You could say I’m a “Big dill” but I’m more like bread and butter because I am literally the sweetest! I have a neurological condition that causes me to walk funny, and not be able to do stairs BUT it doesn’t affect my quality, or length ,of life. It just means I have a super cool swagger! I adore people and other dogs. There’s not an aggressive bone in my body, but my tail is crazy. If laughter is the best medicine, then you want me for a prescription. My foster mom laughs every day with my wiggles and antics. I am fully potty trained, crate trained, and a champ at the doggy door. I’m genuinely the total package. I know my basic commands and am always eager to please. I’ll do anything for a treat! I love playing with other dogs, and I think water is the best thing ever! Pool party anyone? I would do my best in a home with no stairs, a dog pal, and older kids. I would also be great as a companion for an older person, since most of my day is spent being a couch pickle. Could you give me the forever home I’ve been searching for?

Roo
AGE: 2 Year
SEX: Female
BREED: Lab Mix🌟 Meet Roo! Your Future Hiking Buddy & Snuggle Queen 🐾
Looking for a loyal sidekick with the energy of a sunrise and the heart of a snugglebug? Say hello to Roo, a lovable Lab mix with a zest for life and cuddles to spare!
Roo is the kind of girl who’s always down for an adventure—whether it’s hitting the trails, exploring a new park, or just cruising around town with her favorite people. She’s got pep in her step, but when the day winds down, there’s nowhere she’d rather be than curled up next to you, gazing into your soul with her big, beautiful eyes. 💕
This velcro pup thrives on connection and loves being where the action is—but she’s also crate-trained and does well with a little pre-kennel brain game time to keep her sharp. Roo’s social preferences? She’s a boss lady who prefers the company of submissive male dogs, or better yet—being your one and only so she can soak up all the love she deserves.
She’s got one quirk: Roo thinks some times chasing cats is a form of friendship, so homes without feline roommates—or ones with very dog-savvy cats—are best.
If you're looking for a sweet, spirited, and soulful pup who's always ready for a cuddle or a quest, Roo is your girl. She’s ready to find her forever trail buddy—could it be you?

Sabrina has had some basic training and is picking up on commands quickly. She’s intelligent, eager to please, and responds well to structure—making her a great candidate for continued training. Skipper
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Female
BREED: Pitbull MixSkipper is a sweet, 1-year-old terrier mix who is still settling into her new home and learning to trust the world around her. Though she’s a little nervous at first, once she gets comfortable, she’s a playful and affectionate pup who loves to wag her tail and enjoys the company of other dogs. She’s particularly food-motivated, which makes training and bonding a breeze! Skipper prefers to eat in her kennel, away from other dogs, so you’ll often find her happily munching away in her quiet space. She’s also learning how to ask to go outside, though she’s had a few accidents in the house while figuring out the routine. With a little patience and understanding, Skipper is on her way to becoming a well-behaved and loving companion. Skipper is very interested in cats, but she means them no harm—she’s just curious and will chase after them if they run. If you catch her in the act and tell her “NO,” she listens well, though her curiosity can still be a bit of a problem when the cats need some peace. While Skipper can be shy around new people, she’s a fast learner and appreciates a calm approach. She’s a little unsure of her current human dad, but once he got down to her level and offered an open hand, she warmed up quickly. Skipper is more comfortable with other dogs and loves to play outside with them, but she’s still building confidence when it comes to people. She’s a sensitive soul who enjoys chin scratches but doesn’t like being petted from above. Sudden movements can startle her, so it’s best to approach her gently and give her the time she needs to feel safe. If you’re looking for a playful, sweet-natured dog who just needs a little time and space to build trust, Skipper might be the perfect match for you. She’s ready to join a family that will give her the patience and love she deserves while helping her grow into the confident, affectionate dog she’s meant to be!

Smokey
AGE: 3 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Mixed Breed
about 50lbs-Neutered & Heartworm Negative
-Up-to-Date on vaccines
Smokey Loves:
-Calm walks & car rides
-Cuddles & kisses
-Pup cups
Energy Level: Low to Medium
-Loves daily walks
-Short playtime with toys
-Content with laying next to his person
Training:
-Knows commands like sit, stay, heel, come, and “give kiss”
-Food motivated and eager to please
Smokey is such a sweet and special boy! He is always excited to see his person and will climb in their lap to give hugs and kisses. He loves spending time outside with fresh air, grass, and sunshine. He also enjoys cuddling up inside with his blanket and a toy. He absolutely loves going anywhere in the car!
Smokey is so well behaved! He listens to commands, very polite taking treats, sleeps through the night, and has no interest in anything that doesn’t belong to him (except maybe a taste of your food if left within reach )
Smokey does well walking on leash alongside other dogs who share his calm energy. He is uneasy around high energy and large dogs, and will signal he needs distance. He prefers his own space at home and would do best as an only pet, or possibly one other calm dog his size with training and slow introductions.
Smokey isn’t a fan of being crated for long periods of time. He would love someone with a flexible schedule or can bring him along for the ride!
If you’re looking for a companion to brighten your days, Smokey might just be the perfect match! Whether it’s a chill night at home, or a day of adventure, Smokey is ready to spend it with you!

Starsky
AGE: 3 Years
SEX: Male
BREED: Boxer MixStarsky has been a magnificent addition to the family in his short time here. He gets along with every dog he has met, crate trained, potty trained, even knows basic commands! (We are currently working on paw shake)
He seems to have the perfect balance of high energy but can sit and hang on the couch if the human is doing so. Starsky does not display any reserves when meeting new faces, he welcomes them with a wagging tail
Does not seem to be into squeaker toys or playing fetch with a ball, but loves playing with other dogs, and he is a certified snuggler.
Best Feature? Probably is ever so slight crooked smile

Supernova
AGE: 1 Year
SEX: Female
BREED: Lab Mix
SuperNova is as magical as her name suggests. This beautiful black lab mix has a heart full of love just waiting to bloom — she’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and eager to connect. But right now, the world feels like a very big, very scary place to her.Shy SuperNova has had a rough start. While we don’t know much about her life before originally landing in the shelter, we do know she was adopted by a family with some land earlier in the year. Unfortunately she escaped just a couple days later and was lost and alone in the woods for several weeks before being found. As a result, she will need a calm, patient adopter who can help her regain confidence and trust one small step at a time.
She’s making progress every day, especially with the help of other dogs in the home. That’s why another well-adjusted dog is required — she relies on canine companions to show her that life can be safe and even fun. She’s already beginning to understand house training by watching and following the lead of her doggy friends. She also likes cats!
Because she startles easily and is still working on feeling secure, SuperNova must have a fully fenced yard (6ft minimum) and a low-traffic home environment is preferred to start. Leash training is a work in progress, so yard access is essential while she gains confidence.
If you have a soft spot for the underdog and the patience to help a shy girl blossom, SuperNova will reward you with loyalty, trust, and the kind of love that only comes from a dog who’s learned how to feel safe in your arms.

BREED: Husky MixMeet Wilder!
Wilder is a playful and outgoing husky mix puppy who’s never short on opinions—or affection! He’s very vocal and always ready to let you know how he feels, whether it’s time to play or time for cuddles.
Wilder is great with other dogs and, since he’s still a young pup, will likely do well with kids and cats given proper introductions. Like most puppies his age, he’s in the biting stage and learning what’s okay to chew—so patience and plenty of toys are a must.
He’s working on kennel and house training and making steady progress with a consistent routine. While his brothers are busy roughhousing, Wilder’s often the one sneaking in extra kisses—he’s a little lover at heart!
If you’re looking for a spirited, sweet, and affectionate pup to grow with, Wilder could be your perfect match.
